These terms apply to your use of brennagrill.com and purchases from Brenna Grill LLC, trading as Brenna Grill.

Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

We are a US business. Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Our business correspondence address is separate from our dispatch and designated return facilities.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to place an order or act with appropriate authority.

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.

Products and descriptions

Product listings identify the goods, quantity and specifications offered for sale.

Accessories shown for styling purposes are excluded unless expressly included in the listing.

Screen settings may cause minor colour differences. This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty or do not match their description.

Goods must meet applicable legal requirements concerning description, quality and fitness for purpose.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout charges are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP).

The total payable is displayed before you submit your order and includes any taxes we are required to collect.

Standard delivery to eligible addresses is free. We do not add import, customs or delivery charges on arrival.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.

An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation for the goods concerned.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved payment problem, an unsupported delivery address or a clear listing error, we will contact you.

We will not increase the price or supply a substitute without your agreement. Any payment taken for an order we do not accept will be refunded promptly and within 14 days.

Delivery

Orders normally require 1–3 working days for processing, followed by estimated transit of 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable UK bank holidays.

Delivery is available to eligible mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, BFPO and other military postal addresses, offshore islands and unsupported remote areas are excluded.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you identify to receive them other than the carrier, take physical possession.

Delivery estimates do not restrict your rights concerning late or failed delivery. Please consult our Shipping Policy for further details.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

We cover return shipping and do not charge restocking fees.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process, refund timing and your separate rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

These terms do not impose an exclusive US court requirement on UK consumer purchases or prevent you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

Changes apply to future orders. They do not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement.
