Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from brennagrill.com, operated by Brenna Grill LLC, trading as Brenna Grill. Read them together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout charges are displayed in GBP. The total payable, including any taxes we are required to collect, is shown before you submit your order. Standard delivery to eligible addresses is free. Payment methods are those shown at checkout.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt. We accept an order when we send dispatch confirmation for the goods concerned. We will not increase the price or substitute goods without your agreement. Payment taken for an order we do not accept will be refunded promptly and within 14 days.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Processing normally takes 1–3 working days, followed by 3–5 working days in transit. We remain responsible until you, or a person you identify other than the carrier, take physical possession.

Cancellation and returns

You may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after the day of receipt, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We cover return shipping. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
